Raw Material Inspection Weight and Thickness: Ensure that the weight and thickness meet product specifications. Appearance: Check for defects such as snags, holes, or uneven weaving in the fabric. Color Fastness: Test color durability against washing, sunlight, and fading factors. Physical Performance: Assess tear strength, abrasion resistance, and pilling. Fabric Composition: Verify fabric ingredients meet specifications, if necessary. Chemical Performance: Test for substances like formaldehyde and pH levels, if needed.
Process Inspection Stitching Accuracy: Ensure even, smooth stitching without loose threads or skipped stitches. Dimensions: Confirm finished product sizes meet specifications. Appearance: Inspect for defects like stains, uneven dyeing, or irregular patterns. Functionality: Check that zippers and features work smoothly. Finished Product Inspection Visual Inspection: Review finished products for defects. Labels: Confirm label accuracy for size, care instructions, and brand. Packaging: Check packaging for completeness, strength, and damage. Safety: Look out for leftover needles or sharp objects.
